摘要以某 40 口径炮内弹道数据为蓝本,设计一新型的 40mm3 连发自动战车炮的主要部件——开闩机构与击发机构,该机构在 40 口径炮发射后能利用火炮后坐能量实现一个后坐
行程打 3 发炮弹,然后一次性装填并复进到位。本文主要工作内容包括:69467
(1)新型 40mm3 连发自动战车炮工作原理分析。根据火炮空间布置需要和火炮设计 要求,初步确定炮闩的基本结构类型、开关闩方向以及如何实现一个后坐行程中完成 3 发弹的射击。
(2)开关闩机构设计。根据(1)中分析上的原理,设计闩体的结构和开闩机构。 利用计算机软件计算出 3 连发炮炮身后坐诸元,精确得出每一发弹的开闩、关闩以及击 发等的时机。最后根据设计要求及强度要求对闩体及开闩机构进行设计。
(3)击发机构设计。利用(2)中的后坐诸元,选取合适的击发时机,并利用精巧 的单向锁卡板实现后坐过程中能有效击发而复进过程中无影响的击发机构。根据总体方 案设计要求与相应的结构设计准则对击发机构进行设计。

Abstract

(3) the firing mechanism design.
