摘要本文对火箭方向机动力性能试验台的各个部分进行了概述,转接齿轮箱是某火箭 方向机动力性能试验台的重要组成装置。本设计对方向机动力性能试验台整体进行了 初步的理论及结构设计,着重对转接齿轮箱进行了结构设计,力、矩的计算与仿真。 本文设计的是某型号火箭武器方向机试验台的转接齿轮箱,通过方案的选取,齿轮参数的计算等,进行设计配套的试验台转接齿轮箱。 首先,确定齿轮箱的机械结构,采用二级圆柱圆锥齿轮的传动方案,通过计算,确定各级传动的齿轮参数,并对齿轮进行受力分析,得到各级齿轮受力结果。依据标 准进行强度校核。结果符合安全要求。其次,利用 Pro/E 软件对设计的齿轮箱进行构建模型,再利用 ADAMS 软件进行仿 真分析。验证理论计算的合理性。69473

This design is a transfer gearbox for one type rocket weapon direction machine test-bed.Through the program selection,Computing gear and other parameters, design supporting transfer gearbox for test bench.
First, determine the mechanical structure of the gearbox.Transmission scheme using two cylindrical bevel gear,By calculation, to determine the parameters of the drive gear levels,And stress analysis the gear , to get all levels of gear stress results.According to the standard strength check. Results meet the safety requirements.
Secondly, the use of Pro / E software build a model for the designed gearbox , and then use ADAMS software simulation.Verify that the theory of rational calculation.
