摘要随着科学的进步社会的发展,在转载运输行业,转载机的利用率已经占了相 当大的比重,不夸张的讲,带式转载机是目前社会最合适的物品运输器械。它被 用在各个行业领域,不仅仅用在在港口、矿山这样的行业,类似粮食、物流这样 的行业也都可以见到它的身影。同样作为运输设备,转载机拥有其他设备无法相 比的特点,它可以持续运输,他的运输量极其大,运行稳定,当使用在矿山行业 上时,它容易实现具体化、自动化控制等特点更是其他运输设备所比不了的。带 式转载机俨然成为煤炭、矿石、物料等高效矿井运输不可或缺的设备,为实现煤 矿开采工作面充填开采的实施须要,我们应该对现有的转载机进行优化设计,实 现一套灵活且效率的运输系统。69596

转载机有带式转载机、桥式转载机、顺槽用转载机等类型,本次设计优化主 要是带式转载机。带式转载机传送带作为承载传送介质,卸料元部件、中间架, 机尾元部件、扫除元部件、缓冲配置等一系列部件配合连接而成。通过这些部件 的配合连接来实现可持续输送的要求,带式转载机也属于大型机械,在现代生产 制造中,生产效率是人们比较关心的问题,带式转载机也应该更灵活更多变,通 过一些简单的设计加入适当的部件来使得带式转载机更能符合人们工作的需求, 例如当转载的物料高度下降时,可通过在前置卸料装置下方安置液压缸来实现转 载机高度的变化。类似这样的设计优化都能大大减轻所在岗位工人的工作量,提 高效率。。

由于带式转载机基本都在露天的矿山矿井和地面不水平上工作,其机器整体 较长、承载着相当大的冲击力,这会对现场工作人员的人身安全造成危害,也会 对机器的输送系统和输送效率产生较大的影响。通过本课题的研究与优化,使带 式转载机安全性能和工作效率得到提高,同样也会使带式转载机可调整性增强。

Transfer Machine Design

Abstract

Belt conveyor is the most extensive use of bulk goods transport machinery and equipment in the field of transport, and is often used in port transportation, mine shaft, power generation, environmental protection, logistics and other industries. Compared with other transport equipment with the belt conveyor has a larger amount of transport, continuous transport, stable operation, more easy to achieve automation, specific control and other characteristics. Especially for coal mine industry  with  high efficiency and high yield.   Belt conveyor   machine seems to   have become indispensable for efficient mine transportation of coal, ore, materials, and  equipment, to achieve the implementation of coal mining work face filling mining needs, we should optimize the design of the existing loader, to achieve a flexible and  efficiency of transportation system.

Belt conveyor machine is a has a special structure of the  scraper conveyor, scraper conveyor in power transmission system and driving device and is very similar to the discharge by the feeding device, the middle frame and the tail device three parts. The apparatus body has a similar ramp trajectory and some types of arch bridge of special structure can be installed in the transfer conveyor tail  section above. In  the shift type coal mining work, when reproduced machine moves to the arch section of belt conveyor machine at the end of the lap sections of the stack to the limit position, make Belt Conveyor Machine contraction, shorten a lap distance, belt conveyor head moves to reprint machine unloading at the underside of the head, reprint machine can be accompanied by the passage of the construction side move back and forth. When the material height is decreased, the hydraulic cylinder can be placed under the pre discharging device to realize the change of the height of the transfer machine.
