摘要煤炭产业是我国重要的战略能源产业,随着科学技术的进步和发展,煤炭产量逐年上升,煤矿煤炭运输设备升级更新,煤炭流通速度日益加快。煤矿井下煤仓是井下煤炭储存和中转的战略要地,井下煤仓清理难,清理工作危险成为制约煤炭流通速度的关键因素。传统的清仓方式为人工清仓,劳动强度大,效率低,仓内有毒气体和仓壁塌方等问题一直存在。煤仓积煤清理装置的出现无疑可以实现机械化、半自动化清仓,提高清仓工作的安全性。70350

本文主要从国内外煤仓清理设备的发展现状出发,客观的介绍了现阶段各煤矿所采用的各种煤仓清理方式,严谨的分析了各种煤仓清理方式的利弊,从中借鉴普适性高、清仓效果明显的清煤方式,结合作者所学专业知识,设计了一种煤仓积煤清理系统。该系统利用高压水射流进行煤仓积煤的清理,采用液压驱动,体积小,清理速度快,拆装维修方便,很好的填补了国内煤仓积煤清理领域的空白,为井下煤仓积煤的清理提供了一种简洁有效的新思路。

Circular Drive Water Jet Coal Bunker Coal Cleaning System Design

Abstract The industry of coal is very important and strategic for the energy of our country, the production of coal has been increasing with advanced science and technology. The transport equipment updating results in the circulation of coal speeding up. Underground coal bunker is the strategic place for the storage and transit of coal. However, the hardship and danger of underground bunker cleaning has become the key factor to restrict the flow velocity. The traditional method to clean the bunker is manual clearance witch is labor-intensive and inefficient. And the problems of toxic gases,collapse and so on have always been there. The machines for bunker cleaning make it possible for the mechanization and automation of bunker cleaning, which makes it security.

The paper mainly introduce the current development of equipment for bunker cleaning, and objectively describes the various methods for bunker cleaning in mine now,and analyses rigorously the pro and con of each way,so that we can know the efficient ans secure ways to solve this problem. At the same time,we design a new system for bunker cleaning with the knowledge i have learned.We use the high-pressure water jet to clean the bunker driven by hydraulic pressure and the design fills the gap for bunker cleaning with small cubage,high efficiency and easiness for fix and repair,which makes a simple and effective solution come true.
