摘要液压橡胶衬套是在传统橡胶衬套的布局基础上,在橡胶衬套内部封装乙二醇液体,以提升其减振隔振性能的一种新型隔振元件。液压橡胶衬套应用在汽车底盘与车身各系统之间,较大程度地改善了汽车车身的减振隔振性能,提升了操纵者的操纵感和驾驶自信心以及乘坐者的乘坐舒适性。
国外零部件生产厂商较早地对液压橡胶衬套进行了研究与开发,其原理与核心技术掌握在国外厂商手中,而国内厂商起步较晚,还未能掌握液压橡胶衬套的核心技术。
本课题的主要工作是对国产某型号乘用车悬架系统的橡胶密封衬套的隔振机理进行研究,通过切割橡胶衬套实体,对它测绘,建立力学模型,并对其减振的机理进行仿真分析,在此基础上,结合液压衬套的技术特征在原橡胶衬套的尺寸基础上改造成液压橡胶衬套,完成液压衬套在底盘系统上应用的归纳总结,并绘制总装图、主要成品部件的零件图,对其进行仿真分析,结果表明了液压衬套相比于橡胶衬套,更能满足于该车的舒适性、平顺性以及操控性要求。70353

Radial vibration isolation performance simulation analysis of hydraulic rubber bushing
Abstract Hydraulic rubber bushing is in the layout of the traditional rubber bushings on the inside of the package in the rubber bushing glycol liquid, to enhance its a new vibration damping element isolation properties. Application of hydraulic rubber bushing between the car chassis and body of each system, a greater degree of improved vibration isolation performance of the car body, enhance the operator's driving sense of control and self-confidence as well as occupant comfort.
Foreign parts manufacturers earlier hydraulic rubber bushings were research and development, the principle and the core technology in the hands of foreign manufacturers, while domestic manufacturers started late, but also failed to grasp the core technology of hydraulic rubber bushing.
The main mechanism of this project is to rubber-made model of a passenger car suspension system vibration isolation mechanism sealing liner study, by cutting the rubber bushing entity, its mapping, mechanical model, and its damping simulation analysis, on this basis, combined with technical features hydraulic bushings converted into hydraulic rubber bushing on the basis of the size of the original rubber bushing on the complete hydraulic bushings on the chassis system applications are summarized, and draw the assembly diagram, the main finished parts parts diagram, its simulation results show that compared to the hydraulic bushing rubber bushing to better meet the car's comfort, ride and handling requirements.
