摘要本论文主要完成了某轻型机枪的枪管、自动机构、开闭锁机构的结构设计,并对供弹和输弹机构、击发机构和架座也进行了初步的设计,使本武器具有重量轻、结构紧凑、战术性能更优秀的特点。对枪管进行了弹道学设计计算,并运用强度理论进行枪管了校核;自动方式创新采用了膛内活塞自由后坐式,估算了自动机运动诸元,并绘制了自动工作循环图;开闭锁机构进行了受力分析并推导其传速比及传动效率。最终运用SolidWorks绘制了轻型机枪的三文装配体,用AUTOCAD完成了重要零件的二文图的绘制。9504

Title The Scheme Design and Analysis of Lightweight Machine Gun
Abstract
This paper was mainly conducted the structure design of gun barrel, the automatic mechanism and the locking mechanism of lightweight machine gun, and the feeding mechanism, transmission mechanism, firing mechanism and mount were preliminarily designed. This design made this weapon lightweight, compact structure and excellent tactical performance. The barrel was designed and calculated with interior ballistics theory and its strength was verified; The innovative operation principle of in-bore piston free recoil was employed; The motion parameters of automata were estimated and the operation cyclic diagram was plotted; The mechanics analysis about opening and locking mechanism was carried out and the velocity transmission ratio and transmission efficiency were deduced. Finally based on SoildWorks the three-dimensional assembly of the lightweight machine gun was completed, and the two-dimensional drawings of the important parts of it were plotted with AUTOCAD.
