摘要防护手段近年来层出不穷,新型破甲弹药迫切需要发展。新型破甲弹药在研制期间会进行大量的威力实验。需要设计等效靶来代替真实装甲进行实验,来简化研究过程、降低科研经济负担。
本文主要的主要内容如下:73333
(1)研究了等效靶的建立,并选用三层间隔靶板作为等效模型。
(2)研究了射流侵彻间隔靶板的过程及射流侵彻间隔靶板的理论模型。
(3)以matlab为基础设计并优化了200mm/65°均质靶板的等效靶,采用matlab编程计算了射流侵彻200mm/65°均质靶及等效靶。
(4)采用LS-DYNA对射流侵彻200mm/65°均质靶板以及等效靶的过程进行了数值模拟。
对于射流侵彻200mm/65°均质靶,理论剩余穿深为50。6mm,仿真剩余穿深为55。7mm,相对误差为9。16%;对于射流侵彻等效靶,理论剩余穿深为52。2mm,仿真剩余穿深为57。5mm,相对误差为9。22%。相对误差在工程误差允许范围内,证明所设计的等效靶是合理的,可完成对200mm/65°均质靶的等效。

Title The equivalent target design of anti-tank ammunition
Abstract The devolpment of protection in recent years urge high explosive anti-tank ammunition to be more powerful。there will be lots of damage experiments during the time when we are reseach a new type of high explosive anti-tank ammunition 。To simplify the experiment process and reduce the research cost,we can replace real armor to do experiment with equivalent target。
The main content of this article is as follows:
(1) This article researched the estblishing of equivalent target,and chose three layer interval target as the equivalent model。
(2) The process of jet penetrate interval target and three theory model of jet penetrate interval target is researched in this article。
(3) Designed and optimizated the equivalent target of 200 mm/650 homogeneous target based on matlab。The process of jet penetrate 200 mm/650 homogeneous target and the equivalent target was calculated by matlab in this artical。
(4) The process of jet penetrate 200 mm/650 homogeneous target and the equivalent target was simulated by ls-dyna。
The theoretical and simulating calculation results of jet penetrate 200mm/65°homogeneous target is 50。6mm and 55。7mm,the relative error is 9。16%。The theoretical and simulating calculation result of jet penetrate the equivalent target is 52。2mm and 57。5mm,the relative error is 9。22%。The relative error is satisfies the requirement of engineering error,so,the equivalent target designed in this paper can repalce the 200 mm/650 homogeneous target。
