摘要我国西部的煤矿众多,并且以保存条件好、煤层较厚、埋藏区域浅而著称。 但又因为地势问题突水溃沙类似的问题时有发生。为了进一步探究煤矿中水沙移 动的情况和更好的解释突水溃沙的原理,从而设计出该水沙搅拌机械系统,此系 统需要搅拌池沙浓度保持恒定而且抽液口处沙浓度与缸体中沙的平均浓度接近。 为此开展水沙搅拌机械系统设计。搅拌池中水沙两相流场仿真是水沙搅拌机械系 统的主要内容。本论文运用了 Pro/E、CAD 和 Fluent 等计算机辅助软件对搅拌 池中水沙两相流动进行模拟仿真,综合分析了叶轮转速、叶轮离缸体底面的高度 对流场的影响并优化了搅拌池的参数。取得如下研究成果:73858

(1)根据设计设计任务书的要求,完成了水沙搅拌机械系统的方案设计。

(2)综合运用 Cad、 Pro/E、和 Fluent 等软件对搅拌池中的水沙两相流场 仿真,得到了叶轮离缸体底面的高度、叶轮转速对流场的影响规律。

(3)利用计算机辅助软件确定了大量搅拌池参数。

Design of water and sediment mixing machinery system

Abstract The geology of the coal mine in Western China has the characteristics of shallow buried depth, great thickness of coal seam and good occurrence condition。 Therefore, the water inrush and sand inrush are often occurred in the mining process。 In order to study the behavior of water and sediment transport in fracture and explain the mechanism of water inrush。 Design of the water and sand mixing machine system, this system requires mixing pool sand concentrations remained constant and a liquid suction port near the sediment concentration and the container Zhongsha average concentration。 Design of water and sand mixing machine system。 Simulation of water and sediment two-phase flow field in a stirred tank is the main content of the water and sand mixing machine system。 This paper uses the Pro / E, CAD and fluent, computer aided software for mixing pool water sediment two phase flow of simulation, comprehensive analysis of the rotating speed of the impeller, the impeller from the bottom of the container surface height influence on the flow field and optimize the parameters of the mixing pool。 The results obtained are as follows:

(1) On the basis of the design task book’s requirements, the scheme design of the water and sand mixing machine system was completed。

(2) By using the software of Cad, Pro/E, and Fluent, the simulation of water and sediment flow in the mixing tank was simulated, and the influence of impeller speed on the flow field was obtained。

(3)The parameters of a large number of stirred tank were determined by

computer aided software。
