摘要该翻转机是起重机吊臂装配生产线上非常重要的设备,它性能的好坏会直接影响到起重机吊臂的装配精度、生产线的生产水平以及操作工人的人身安全。该毕业设计就是设计起重机吊臂装配翻转机,包括总体方案设计、关键结构的分析与设计、机械部分的计算与设计以及电气部分的设计。该翻转机的工作原理是:将减速电动机输出轴与蜗杆通过联轴器相连,带动蜗轮转动进而带动轴的旋转,夹具加紧吊臂随之旋转。该翻转机采用PLC控制。该设计解决了形状细长的箱型吊臂在翻转机中的定位和加紧问题,吊臂能够360度回转,能在任意角度位置固定,以便于某些零部件的安装。本次毕业设计设计出的翻转机能实现最大长度不大于9米、横截面高度小于650毫米、宽度小于500毫米的吊臂的翻转。该翻转机操作简便、易于调整、能实现不同尺寸的箱型吊臂的翻转,对操作工人的技术水平要求不高,安全可靠,却成本低廉。与人工翻转相比,不仅提高了生产效率、降低了工人的劳动强度,而且提高了安全系数,保证了工人的人身安全。73800
