摘要: 本次设计内容为SHL10-1。25/350-W型锅炉热工设计,其中主要包括锅炉的辅助计算和热平衡计算,锅炉炉膛、凝渣管、蒸汽过热器、锅炉管束、省煤器及空气预热器的结构设计和热力计算。此锅炉为双锅筒横置式自然循环的蒸汽锅炉,在锅炉热工设计过程中,燃料采用Ⅱ类无烟煤,为提高燃料利用率,锅炉的效率,在锅炉的主要燃烧区域中,等间距的布置单层受热管,并在烟气流通的途径中布置多层受热水管,降低排烟温度及沿途热损失,有助于锅炉吸收燃料热量,提高锅炉热效率。在设计过程中,通过不断对锅炉各个受热面的多次假设校核计算,调整设计的结构尺寸和温度大小将误差减少到允许的范围之内。最后利用CAD画锅炉主要受热面的基本结构图,按照设计设计的内容进行参数设置。76124
