摘要:球阀的发展极为迅速。球阀的工作原理是通过手柄施加力带动阀杆转动使得球阀打开或闭合。球阀有着结构简单、密封性能强,体积轻便、用材量少、开关轻巧方便的一系列特点,不管较大还是较小的口径的球阀产品都能设计出来,其维修很方便,因为球阀通常处于开合状态,密封面与球体表面常处于闭合的状态,所以不会轻易的被流体介质所冲蚀,球阀的应用遍及各个行业,应用相当广泛。76167

  本课题首先根据确定的型号即Q41F-1。6法兰直通球阀,选取公称参数,在这里选择公称直径DN为50mm,设计压力1。6MPa的球阀进行设计,包括选择球阀材料,设计其结构,强度的校核等,在满足强度刚度的前提条件下,尽可能的减少球阀结构设计中的难以复杂程度,实现球阀产品设计的提升优化。并结合现代计算计绘图和分析软件技术对球阀三维建模并对球阀的球体,左右阀体进行分析,对其分析结果提出改善意见。

  本课题从已给的设计要求出发,以阀门行业规范和国内外标准为基本。结合计算机技术,通过使用solidworks三维制图软件,cad二维软件和ANSYS有限元元分析软件进行设计分析,得到产品的二维工程图,三维模型和有限元分析结果,由此结果提出改善意见。此次对球阀课题的探索,对于其他一般性的球阀的设计和分析业有一定程度的实践与参考意义。

Firstly, according to the type of Q41F-1。6 ball valve flange straight, select nominal parameters, here choose nominal diameter DN 50mm, ball valve design pressure of 1。6MPa design, including the selection of valve materials, the structure design, strength check and so on, to meet the strength stiffness under the premise, as far as possible to reduce the complex the degree of valve structure design, realize the optimization design of ball valve products。 Combined with modern computer graphics and analysis software technology, the three-dimensional modeling of ball valve, ball valve, left and right valve body were analyzed, and the analysis results were improved。

This topic embarks from the design request which has already given, take the valve profession standard and the domestic and foreign standards as the basic。 The combination of computer technology, through the use of SolidWorks software, CAD software and ANSYS finite element analysis of 2D analysis software design, get the two-dimensional engineering drawings of products, three-dimensional model and finite element analysis results, the results of proposed improvements。 The exploration of the subject of the ball valve, for other general design and analysis of the ball valve industry has a certain degree of practical and reference significance。
