摘要本文主要通过查阅相关资料,通过对泄爆过程相关理论知识学习,设计一套用于检测泄爆结构泄爆性能,且能得到泄爆过程中,不同时间,不同位置处泄爆结构承受最大超压 数值变化的实验系统。该实验系统包括泄爆结构主体容腔(方形泄爆器),支撑结构,抽 真空系统、进气-混气一体化系统、点火系统、控制系统和测试系统等。并在完成设计之 后对该装置进行组装和试运行。根据其试运行时数据采集情况和稳定性的效果进行调试, 最终用于实际测量,并通过仪器来对泄爆过程中所采集到的数据进行处理,分析后,得到 相应的压力变化曲线。配合高速摄像等技术,对泄爆现象的过程进行研究。该系统的建立 将为泄爆结构检测技术的开发和应用提供数据积累和设计依据。 78036

Title Design and commissioning of the detecting system of the explosion venting structure
AbstractThis paper mainly tries to design a set of experimental system used to detect the explosion venting performance of the explosion venting structure where the variation of the maximum overpressure values that can be borne by the explosion venting structure at different time and different positions can be obtained during the explosion venting process through referring to related data and learning of theoretical knowledge related with the explosion venting process。 This experimental system includes the main cavity of the explosion venting structure (square explosion venting device), bracing structure, vacuum-pumping system, air inflow and mixed gas integrated system, ignition system, control system and test system etc。 After the design is completed, assembly and pilot run will be conducted to this device。 Besides, commissioning will also be carried out according to the data collection condition and the effect of stability during the pilot run and it is finally used for actual measurement。 In addition, the corresponding pressure changing curve will be got after processing of and analysis on the data collected during the explosion venting process by instruments。 Combining with the technologies like the high-speed photography etc。, it conducts research on the process of explosion venting phenomenon。 The establishment of this system will provide data accumulation and design consideration for the development and application of the detection technology of the explosion venting structure。
