Design of the main transmission system of CNC vertical milling machine
Abstract:This paper introduces the basic situation of the vertical CNC milling machine, introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign CNC vertical milling machine and the future development trends, and the design of main transmission system of vertical CNC milling machine background and significance to do a simple introduction. This paper introduces the general situation of the main drive system of CNC vertical milling machine and the design requirements, the design of main transmission system of vertical CNC milling machine and selection. The main drive system of CNC vertical milling machine includes a spindle motor, spindle drive system and the spindle assembly is composed of three parts. This paper introduces the design process of the main transmission system of vertical CNC milling machine, the vertical CNC milling machine spindle gearbox is by the gear drive, spindle box drive system uses gear, drive mode adopts centralized drive. Gear transmission with high efficiency, compact structure, reliable work, long service life, the transmission ratio accurate etc.. This paper introduces and determination of main parts of CNC vertical milling machine selection, including spindle, bearings, gear design and motor selection and determined, and the important parts of the calculation.
