摘要起重船这类工程船在如今的水上作业中扮演着重要的角色,随着全球经济的飞速增长,人们对起重船的需求也越来越高,而对于它的船体结构,我们的要求也越来越高。以往的起重船大多是不能自航的,由于它们较为笨重,如今的起重船部分已经具备了自航行的能力,这大大增加了工作效率减少了工作的日程。起重船功能如今也在向多样化转移,起重能力随着结构设计更加的强大也变得越来越强,对环境的适应能力也在逐渐增强。81330

本篇文章是通过《钢质海船与入级建造规范》(2009),对于45m内河起重船船体结构完成了规范设计。讨论了现阶段单底纵骨架式的非自航行船舶的结构形式方面的问题。并且计算出了45m起重船的船体结构构件的计算书,同时也进行了船体结构各种舱室的绘制,也将船体的横剖面图,基本结构图等一一绘制。文中也对整艘船的船体规范设计计算全过程进行分析。对于此船结构特点的分析,我们最后可以提高船体的稳定性,也解释了这份方案的合理性。

Abstract Floating crane is playing important role in nowadays’ water operation,with the rapid development of the world’s economic。people have more and more requirement to them,meanwhile,as its hull structure,we also need them to be better。The floating cranes were disabled to travel by itself,because they were so heavy,however,the floating cranes nowadays can sail by themselves,it can make the work efficiency better and at the same time we can save our time。 Crane ship functions are also shifting to persification, lifting capacity with the structural design more powerful also become stronger and stronger, the ability to adapt to the environment is also gradually enhanced。   

According to China classification society <construction rules for inland river ships in the steel (2009)> for structural design specification。 We have done the study of 45m floating crane structure design specification。 The structural form of a single bottom longitudinal frame type non self navigating ship is discussed。 And calculated the 45m for the calculation of hull structural member of a ship, the hull structure of various compartments in drawing, will hull cross section, basic structure, such as the one drawing。 In this paper, we also analyze the whole process of the whole ship's design and calculation。 For the analysis of the structural characteristics of this ship, we can finally improve the stability of the hull, but also explain the rationality of this program。
