摘要随着社会的不断进步,碳纤维材料结构件逐渐普及,而在船舶方面,碳纤维隔舱板以其独有的优势:其中包括较高的比模量、较高的可设计性、较高的比强度以及轻质高强的特点,逐渐成为当今新兴的发展趋势。复合材料纤维铺放技术经过铺放工作头进行丝束铺放加工,拥有许多传统的纤维铺放技术所不具备的特色和优点。另外,通过机器人机械手的配合,纤维铺放头可以铺放比起传统铺放技术更为繁琐的结构。复合材料铺放技术联合了纤维缠绕技术和自动铺放技术两者所拥有的共同优点,经过导向、夹紧、重送的功能模块,按照一定的角度将丝束在模具表面进行铺设。
本次设计我主要设计了一个碳纤维铺放设备,其中主要对纤维铺放装置中结构件制造的工作头进行设计,另外还包括了控制系统的设计和机械手的选用。铺放头的设计主要包括铺放头总体结构设计、主要功能模块的设计、辅助功能模块的设计、装置控制系统的设计。其中主要模块设计包括导向模块、剪切模块、重送模块、夹紧模块以及施压模块。辅助功能模块设计包括丝束加热模块、丝束集合模块。控制系统的设计包括铺丝头单元控制、运动机构控制、供料系统控制、总控单元控制。81961
