摘要船舶柴油机的能源利用率问题一直是各国研究的热点,因为柴油机的能源利用率不高,导致很多能源的浪费,能源问题已然成为经济发展中一个非常重要的问题。不断提高能源利用率,减少排放船舶柴油机废气,对人类赖以生存的环境进行保护是许多人致力研究的课题。83183
本文第一章介绍了船舶柴油机缸套水余热回收利用的现实意义和国内外回收利用该部分能源的现状。第二章对船舶柴油机余热回收系统的总体方案进行了设计,包括三个子系统,模拟余热源系统,余热回收系统和控制系统。第三章对船舶柴油机缸套水余热回收系统的关键部件进行了设计,其中包括对冷热管管道的计算和设计、水泵设计、燃气炉的选型和换热器的设计,第四章对控制元件进行了选型,主要包括对温度传感器、流量传感器、液体比例调节阀、采集卡、PLC控制器等进行了选型。第五章对该实验平台进行三维模型的构建和实物平台的搭建。本文提出了一套新的运用于船舶柴油机缸套水余热回收的系统设计方案,并在此方案的基础上,着重对管道、水泵、燃气炉、换热器、温度传感器、流量传感器、液体比例调节阀、采集卡和PLC控制器等进行设计计算与选型,并完成实物平台的搭建。

Abstract Marine diesel engine energy utilization rate has been hot spot of the world, because diesel engine energy utilization rate can be better, resulting in a lot of energy waste, energy problem has already become a very important issue in the process of economic development。 Continuously improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions of marine diesel engine exhaust, the survival of the human environment is to protect the environment for many people to study the subject。
In this paper, the first chapter introduces the practical significance of the waste heat recovery of marine diesel engine cylinder liner water and the current situation of domestic and foreign recovery and utilization of this part of energy。 In the second chapter, the overall scheme of the marine diesel engine waste heat recovery system is designed。 The system mainly includes three subsystems, which are simulation and heat source system, waste heat recovery system and control system。 The third chapter of marine diesel engine jacket water heat recovery system of key parts of the design, including to cold and hot pipe design and calculation of the pipeline and pump design, selection of gas furnace and heat exchanger design。 The fourth chapter on the control components were designed, including on temperature sensor, flow sensor, a liquid proportional regulating valve, data acquisition card, PLC controller for the selection of design。 In the fifth chapter, the three-dimensional model of the experimental platform is built and the physical platform is built。 This paper presents a new application in marine diesel engine jacket water heat recovery system design program, on the basis of this scheme, focusing on the pipeline, a water pump, a gas stove, change heat exchanger, temperature sensor, flow sensor, the proportion of liquid control valve, data acquisition card and PLC control system for the calculation and selection of and complete physical platform is built。
