摘要本设计的目的是设计一台全自动管端成型机(缩管机)设备,该设备主要用于加工活塞冷却喷嘴,对管件的管端进行缩管加工(喷嘴的后续加工由其它设备完成)。目前国内管端成型方法主要分为管端偏心回转成型、利用NC工作机的管端成型、无模成型、机械成型四种方法。针对小型管件普通的缩管机是人工上料、下料,加工工位少,效率低,并且存在工人劳动强度较高,生产过程中危险隐患较大等问题。83333

综合考虑决定发动机冷却喷嘴的加工设备采用机械成型的方式。本文主要的具体设计要点与设计任务是对管端成型机的缩管模具和夹紧模具的设计、液压系统的设计以及整体结构的设计与有限元强度校核。根据加工零件的要求设计计算缩管模具,保证加工完成后的产品精度和质量。液压系统是整个设备加工的动力装置,合理科学的液压系统是保证设备加工的基础。全自动缩管机的结构必须满足强度要去以及使用寿命要求,保证设备的安全运行。 

本设备将含多工位缩管,每套模具可将喷嘴从相应的直径缩减至一定的直径,模具之间设计一套自动搬运系统,从而在缩管机加工时实现逐次对管件进行自动缩管加工,最终达到要求的直径尺寸,可以适应多种相似零件的加工,满足客户需求,大大提高生产效率。
