摘要随着现代工业的不断进步,柴油机也在更新换代,结构变得越来越复杂,性能也 是越来越优越。传统的柴油机设计制作理念已经无法跟上现代工业飞快发展的脚步, 并且按照传统理念制造柴油机所花费的成本也比较高。为了节约成本,提高柴油机设 计制造的工作效率,新的柴油机设计方式必须被采用。因此,建立柴油机的数字化模 型,进行柴油机的虚拟装配,可以成为现代柴油机产品的设计制造方式。83383
本课题根据现有的研究基础以及研究方向,在对 380 型柴油机进行拆装测绘的基 础上用三维建模软件 SolidWorks 对柴油机零件进行三维建模并装配。最终,根据建 模过程中学习到的建模理念以及遇到的问题,归纳总结出了一些构建柴油机数字化模 型常用的理念和技术。本文还详细介绍了 SolidWorks 软件以及该软件比较常用的建 模方法和建模插件,可以大大加快建立零件三维模型的速度。毕业论文关键词:柴油机;虚拟装配;三维模型;SolidWorks
Abstract With the continuous progress of modern industry, diesel engine is also upgrading, the structure becomes more and more complex, more and more superior performance。 Traditional diesel engine design concept has been unable to keep up with the pace of the rapid development of modern industry, and the cost is relatively high。In order to save cost and improve the working efficiency of the diesel engine design, the new diesel engine design must be adopted。Therefore, the establishment of the digital model of diesel engine, the virtual assembly of diesel engine, can become a modern diesel engine product design and manufacturing methods。
Based on the existing research foundation and the research direction, this paper uses the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks to carry on the three-dimensional modeling and assembly of the diesel engine parts on the basis of the survey and mapping of the 380 type diesel engine。Finally, according to the modeling concept and the problems encountered in the process of modeling, the common concepts and techniques of building the digital model of diesel engine are summarized。This paper also introduces the SolidWorks software and the comparison of the commonly used modeling methods and modeling plug-ins, you can greatly accelerate the establishment of three-dimensional model of the speed of the parts。
