摘要为了完成电控喷油参数优化中高效追求综合最优值的课题,提高电控喷油 RSM(响应面法)特征事件的关键是合理的选取电控喷油器的结构参数。现在对响应特性 的研究,还只是停留在简单的研究构造参数单因素的变化对响应特性的影响,但并没 有把优化各构造参数组合考虑在内,最终完成优化响应特性的目标。选取直接控制式 电控喷油器为本文的研究对象,利用 Design Expert 软件进行参数优化,研究响应特 性的综合影响与电控喷油器的多个关键参数之间的关系。得到了回归方程,可以用来 对电控喷油参数的优化进行指导。

RSM 是一种综合分析的思想,根据它来探求计算给出的因数值的改变或随机性 的最好的响应区域,就是寻找最优化方案。本文主要根据给定的 ESC 工况试验数据, 利用响应面技术,以喷油压力、主预喷间隔角、喷油正时为试验因子,油耗、Soot 和 NOX 排放的质量流量为响应参数。选取试验数据来研究,得到试验参数与响应参 数之间的多元二次响应面预测模型,然后改良其参数,得到最佳参数组合。84105

Abstract In  order   to   accomplish   the   task   of   a   comprehensive   and   efficient   pursuit of optimal value in the optimization of electronic control injection parameters,The key to improving the characteristic of the electronic controlled fuel injection RSM (response surface method) is the reasonable selection of the structure factor of the electronically controlled injector。Now the research of response characteristics,just stay  in  the simple study of the influence of structural parameters of the single factor changes,but it does not take into account the optimization of the structural parameters,therefore,the goal to optimize response characteristics doesn’t be finished finally 。This paper is to take the direct control type electronic controlled injector as the research object。 Design Expert software is used to optimize the parameters, to study the influence of response characteristics and the relationship between the key parameters of the electronically controlled injector。Linear regression equation obtained can be used to optimize the electronically controlled fuel injection parameters for guidance。

RSM is a comprehensive analysis of the idea, according to it exploring the best response area by calculating changes of the given   numerical value or the random value, is the best optimization program to explore。According to the given ESC working condition test data,this paper uses response surface technology, with the fuel injection pressure, the main pre-injection interval angle, fuel injection timing for the test factor, fuel consumption, Soot and NOX emissions of the mass flow as the response parameters。This paper select the test data to study, get the test parameters and response parameters of the multivariate two response surface prediction model, and then improve its parameters, and get the best combination of parameters。
