Abstract With the development of economy and the progress of the society, the scale of the small and medium-sized enterprises is growing, which provides the strength for the economic development, and provides the driving force for the market operation。 However, shortage of funds is becoming a more serious problem, restricting the development of SMEs and even threaten the survival of small and medium enterprises。 This paper with management, financial management, economics and other related theory as a foundation, to small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, using quantity research, empirical research and literature research and experience summary, method, expounds the theoretical foundation and current situation of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing constraints, deeply analyzes the financing is limited, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the small and medium-sized enterprise financing constraints problem。 Research shows that China is in the stage of rapid economic development, if we can not find a better way to solve the problem of small and medium enterprises financing, it will have a serious negative impact on economic development。 Therefore, it is of great value to study the financing constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises and find solutions to the current economic development。

0 引言
根据国家发改委2016年年初发布的相关数据显示，目前全国企业总数的99。5％以上是中小企业，国内生产总值的六成都由中小企业创造，对国家税收的贡献率已经达到了50％，中小企业吸纳就业人口占就业人口总数的80％。可以说，我国中小企业经过多年的成长已经发展为国民经济不可缺少的组成部分，然而，在发展过程中中小企业面临了诸多歧视，其中融资约束问题是最严重的。俗话说,巧妇难为无米之炊,这生动地反映了融资问题在中小企业的发展中扮演的重要角色。然而，规模小、盈利少、抵御风险的能力的差异使得中小企业融资债务存在更大的风险,道德风险造成的信息不对称在某种程度上给中小企业融资带来一定的困难。因此对中小企业的融资约束问题进行深入的研究探讨对现阶段的经济发展有着促进作用，在现实社会中有一定的可操作性。本文以财务管理、管理学、经济学等相关理论为基础，以中小企业为研究对象，结合我国实际，较为深入地分析了我国中小企业融资约束问题的现状、成因及治理对策，并对我国中小企业融资约束的问题提出了相应对策建议。
