Enterprise financial control problem research ——Taking the K group enterprise as an example
Abstract So far, a large number of the group enterprises with considerable capital strength and good development prospects have been formed。 But due to the rapid expansion of the scale of the enterprise group, organization structure is becoming more and more complex, the financial control of enterprise group become a big problem in the internal management of the company。 This paper first introduces the meaning and function of financial control, and then introduces the definition of the group enterprises, the characteristics of the group enterprise financial control, the mode of financial control。

0 引言
财务,是一个企业生存和持续发展的重要支柱,是一个企业的核心要素。随着市场经济的发展,各企业在自身发展过程中不可避免会产生财务管理方面的问题,如何积极应对可能出现的财务控制问题、构建适合企业发展的财务控制体系则是本研究的主要目的和出发点。本研究所选取的K集团企业在财务控制方面存在一定的不足过缺陷，在一定程度上影响了企业的发展，给企业的生产和管理带来了较大的影响[1]。因此,对K集团企业的财务控制体系进行科学分析，找出问题所在，并在此基础上完善企业财务控制的对策，对企业的财务控制和管理提供一定的借鉴价值。论文网
