摘 要:在当前的经济发展中，企业的偿债力分析在企业财务分析中占有着越来越重要的地位。企业要想生存和发展下去不能仅仅看重盈利状况和运营成本，还要清楚地了解企业偿债能力。更需要透过企业偿债能力来清晰的认识。企业的偿债能力能够体现某一企业的财务状况和盈利能力，它是现有资产清盘变现的能力和偿还债务承受能力及经济实力的反映。因为一个企业的债务偿还能力，往往会预示着这个企业资产结构和生存状态的安全性，所以企业的经营者、债权人、投资者都会十分关心它的偿债能力，本文对武汉凡谷股份有限公司的偿债能力进行分析，对企业持续经营的能力和风险进行有效的考察，提出相应的改善措施，以便企业更好地预测未来收益，提高企业承担偿债风险的能力。90719
