摘要：在全球会计诚信危机的环境下，企业财务信息失真问题日益突出。现金流量表是全面反映企业的现金及现金等价物从期初到期末最详细具体的变化过程的报表。现金流量不易调节，是较为真实可靠的项目，人们日益关注现金流量，运用现金流量进行企业财务状况分析非常具有现实意义。本文试图从现金流量的重要性观点出发，通过对现金流量表的结构认识，以现金流量为基础来分析企业的财务状况、投资价值、偿债能力、获利能力以及发展能力等，并针对现金流量在财务分析中遇到的问题提出对策和建议。31957

Analysis of the financial analysis of cash flow
Abstract: Under the environment of the global accountancy trustworthiness crisis, the problem is increasingly outstanding that enterprise’s financial information is losing truth. Cash flow is not adjusted easily, it is true and dependable comparatively. Then, cash flow is concerned increasingly. It is practical significance that analysis enterprise financial conditions in basis of cash flow. This thesis tries to set out from the standpoint of cash flow’s importance, use this kind of analysis method via cash flow as the basis to judge that enterprise investment value , debt paying ability, profitability, grows up etc. This thesis’s brainchild is by the significance analyzing cash flow’s importance, suggest that cash flow sends out the financial status responding to enterprise , and then via analysis the investment value , debt paying ability, profitability, grows up to point out the truth financial status of the company. At last , bring forward the problems in the process of the analysis.
