摘要：随着经济发展加快，大量的业务使企业公司资产不断地改变，又受到通货膨胀率的影响，历史成本在实际运用中遇到阻碍。相关专家表示，公允价值计量引起国家政府的关注，同时相关政策也会陆续出台。随着我国新会计准则越来越深入人心，公允价值再次成为研究的重点。本文通过阐述公允价值的涵义及本质特征、公允价值与其他计量属性的关系、公允价值计量的基本方法，进而讨论公允价值计量的现实的意义、公允价值计量在实际运用中存在的问题及公允价值计量的在会计实务中的应用。在进一步了解公允价值计量下，谈一些自己对公允价值计量应用的建议及对策。33910
