摘要随着移动互联网蓬勃发展,在来自移动app的挑战、自身运营不足的双重影响下,国内传统SNS网站的用户规模和活跃度持续下滑,对此业界有一定探讨却未深入研究,缺乏运用系统科学的盈利模式体系分析其当前盈利模式的研究。因而本文以人人网为例,通过盈利模式理论研究人人网目前盈利模式,希望对国内SNS行业的发展起到借鉴意义。
本文借用斯莱沃斯基的盈利模式理论为工具对人人网的盈利模式进行分析归类,并从中探讨了其盈利模式的局限性。最后从三方面对人人网盈利模式的完善提出了建议:强调用户体验,坚持用户体验为上;加大移动战略力度;完善内容生产机制。44105
Along with the vigorous development of mobile Internet, as the influence of the challenge of mobile app and the insufficiency of their operations, the traditional domestic SNS websites’ user size and activity continue to decline. The industry has had some study but not in-depth, lacking the research of current domestic SNS website profit patterns by using the scientific analysis system. Thus the article takes Renren for example, using the profit model theory for the research on the profit pattern of Renren. It also has a significance to the development of the whole SNS industry.
This article uses the theory of the profit patterns of Slywotzky to analyse and sort out the profit patterns of Renren , and discusses the limitations of Renren’s profit patterns. Finally, the article give three suggestions on the improvement of the profit model of Renren : To emphasis on the user experience and insist on the user experience as the first; To ncrease the intensity of mobile strategy; To improve the content production mechanism.
