摘要随着社会和经济的发展，人民的生活水平日渐提高，除了以往对于工作的重视，近来对于休闲娱乐活动也提高了相应的需求。于是，我国的酒店业所处的外部环境发生了翻天覆地的变化，其规模日渐庞大，起到了对国民经济发展的重要作用。在其快速发展的同时，酒店管理者们开始对作业成本管理产生兴趣，其合理的成本计算方式以及更加系统科学的管理模式成为卖点之一。51753
本文以H酒店为例，将作业成本管理融入到酒店管理中进行研究。在了解作业成本法的概念以及核算步骤的基础上，结合H酒店的特点，分析其采用作业成本法的必要性和可行性，继而分五个步骤构建出适合其的作业成本核算体系。最后，尝试从该案例推广到整个行业，提出建议，以期探索并完善酒店业作业成本管理。

Application of Activity Based Costing in the hotel
Abstract
With the social and economic development, people's living standards rising, in addition to working for the past attention recently for recreational activities also increased the corresponding demand. Thus, China's hotel industry, the external environment has undergone tremendous changes, the growing scale, has played an important role in national economic development. While its rapid development, the hotel manager began to generate interest in the job cost management, its reasonable cost calculation and a more systematic and scientific management has become a selling point.
In this paper, H Hotel, for example, job cost management will be integrated into the hotel management study. On the basis of understanding of the concept of activity-based costing and accounting procedures, combined with the characteristics of H Hotel, which uses activity-based costing analysis of the necessity and feasibility, and then five steps to build a cost accounting system suitable for its operations. Finally, trying to promote the entire industry from the case to make recommendations, in order to explore and improve the hotel industry job cost management.

一 引言
（一）研究背景
随着互联网的全方位普及，众多实体业都受到了不同程度的冲击，在这波大潮中，酒店餐饮业可以说受到的影响相对较小，毕竟吃饭住宿还暂时无法在网络上完成。酒店业的前景不容小觑。
住宿业和餐饮业是构成酒店业的两大基本行业1，根据国家统计局网站数据（表 1），2014 年末我国住宿和餐饮业年末从业人数达到4324000 人，同年住宿和餐饮业营业额总计达8150.60亿元，较2010年增长了36%，由此可见酒店业在经济社会发展中有着巨大的作用，其健康成长对于社会发展十分重要。
