摘要:各大百货商场为充分吸引人群,提高货品销售量,扩大市场份额占比,常在特殊节日里,如圣诞、春节、五一、甚至双休日采取不同让利促销方式。笔者通过阐释打折促销、买赠销售、购物返券、购物送现、积分返购、以旧换新等六种让利促销手段,结合淮安金鹰国际购物中心自营品牌ZISHEN在经营期间采取的不同让利促销方式,依据相关税法,对不同让利促销方式进行税收筹划,并通过差异比较,提出有效建议,降低税务成本,以实现企业税后利润最大化。53238

Abstract:During the special days such as Christmas, Spring Festival, May Day and even the weekend, the department stores often take different kinds of sales promotions to attract passengers, to increase the volume of sales and to have a higher market share. By analyzing discounted sales, old-for-new service, accumulate points for getting a prize, coupons for purchase, returning cash after purchase, and bounce after purchase these six methods which are used during the sale of the ZISHEN which is a self-brand in Huaian Golden Eagle International shopping center, the author analyzes and compares the tax burden and after-tax profit of different methods. For the purpose of maximize the company’s after-tax profit, the author also provide efficient advice for decreasing tax cost.

1 引言
随着我国改革程度不断加深,市场化经济持续飞速发展,各百货商场如雨后春笋,竞相出世,竞争也随之日趋激烈。各百货商场利用不同让利促销手段,较为常见的是打折销售、买赠销售、购物赠券、购物返现、积分返利、以旧换新等六种方式进行货品销售,加快货品更新,吸引新老顾客购买,提高市场份额占比。当活动力度一致时,不同让利促销手段将直接引起企业不同税收负担及税后利润,因此,企业需在税法允许的节税空间下,降低税收成本,获得企业税后利润最大化。
