摘要：随着经济全球化的发展，为适应激烈的市场竞争，企业不断扩大企业的市场份额。为了让企业在市场竞争中生存发展，企业必须重视流动资金的紧缺问题，提高其经济效益。本文首先论述了企业流动资金的概念和特点。通过调查，报告了超群特种纱线有限公司流动资金管理的现状。再通过分析江阴市超群特种纱线有限公司流动资金管理中的问题,论述了在不同问题上关于该公司在流动资金管理上的方法。结果表明必须在以下几点对流动资金进行合理严格的控制：加强存货管理；加强应收账款管理；加强资金管理；加强企业内部管理；调整资金结构。故而，只有让企业流动资金得到合理有效的利用，提高流动资金的利用效益，企业才能在不断竞争的市场中得以生存。56148

Abstract:With the economic globalization,enterprises expand theirmarket shares to adapt into the competitive marketplace.To improve economic benefit and efficiency,firms should give importance to the shortage of circulating fund.This report will discuss the concept and characteristics of circulating fund.first,by analysing the financial condition of Jiangyin Chaoqun Special Yarn Corporation.It will then analyse the existing problems in money management in this company,discussing how to address the problems in managing circulating funds.The results indicate that this company should imposea reasonable and stiff control on following aspects of money management: to enhance inventory management;to reinforce receivable account management,to strengthen capital management;to enhance internal management as well as adjusting capital structure.Therefore,firms can survive in the fiercely competitive market if they make the most use of their capital and enable the high efficiency use of it.
