摘 要：盈利能力分析对于一个企业来说是非常重要的，是一个企业的财务的核心，是企业经营中必须要注意的。所有企业经营的目的，都是为了获取利润，扩大公司的规模，使其更好的发展，然而企业的盈利情况又关系着企业未来的发展走势，盈利能力的高低是由企业的各个方面决定的，所以对于研究企业的盈利能力是尤为重要的。对企业的盈利能力进行分析时要对企业的营运现状及影响企业的盈利因素都应该掌握清楚，以便对症下药。本文将以南京圣骥网络科技有限公司为例，从宏观和微观两个方面对盈利能力进行分析，最后从企业存在的问题（财务制度不健全、财务人员缺乏、技术人员缺乏、游戏的性能低）着手并提出提高盈利能力的对策，以促进企业不断发展壮大。56551

Abstract: Profitability Analysis is crucial for an enterprise, financeis the core of an enterprise, the business must be noted. The purpose of all business, is to obtain profits, expanding the company's size, making it better and faster development, however, corporate profitability and the relationship between the company's future development trends, the level of profitability is determined by various aspects of business, so the study of the profitability of enterprises is particularly important. In examining corporate profitability analysis to the status of operations and business of the factors affecting profitability of enterprises should grasp clearly to remedy. From the macro and micro aspects of the analysis of profitability, last started to pay attention to four aspects (financial management,lack of financial officers, lack of technical personnel, low game performance) and proposed to increase profitability measures to promote the continued development and growth.
