摘 要：资金是企业总资产最具活力的重要组成部分，是企业日常生产活动赖以进行的基本依托。资金周转速度是影响社会主义企业经济效益的重要因素，存货管理的好坏也密切关系到整个公司和公司利益的相关者，因此，必须重视对资金周转的管理。本文以江苏柏盛家纺有限公司为例，对资金的周转的问题进行分析，分别通过对总资产周转的分析、流动资产周转的分析以及固定资产周转的分析，得出了该企业资金周转能力不强的基本结论，并提出合理利用资金、强化资金周转的措施，对其未来发展阐述了一些相关知识和观点。57378

Abstract：Money is the most vigorous enterprise total assets is an important part of enterprise ,day-to-day production activities depends on the basic support. Velocity of money is to influence the socialist economic efficiency of enterprises an important factor, the stand or fall of inventory management is closely related to the company and the interests of the company's stakeholders, therefore, we must attach importance to the management of the capital turnover. This paper in order  to Jiangsu paxar home textile co., LTD.as an example ,the capital turnover of the present situation, problem, the article analyzes the reasonable utilization of funds, Respectively based on the analysis of the total assets turnover,Respecively based on the analysis of the total assets turnover, the analysis of the current assets turnover and the analysis of the fixed asset turnover, it is concluded that the ability of the enterprise capital turnover is not strong,  strengthen the capital turnover measures, and the future development on some related knowledge and opinions.

1  引言

本文研究的是企业资金周转问题，以江苏柏盛家纺有限公司为例。因为资金周转在商业上的特征是“赚”。所以无论投资什么，只有资本周转的越快你才能越赚钱。资金周转的理论意义着重阐明的问题是制约资本运动速度的因素、资金周转速度对商品生产和价值增值的影响等等。资金周转的现实意义是怎样才能让商人在他们所从事的行业中赚到比别人更多的钱。现阶段部分企业资金周转困难，资金不足，周转缓慢。因此，如何加强资金管理，提高资金周转速度，是企业急需解决的问题。本文运用了定量分析法，通过对企业的资产负债表，利润简表进行分析，得出该企业目前存在的问题，并且提出了相应的对策。导致企业资金周转困难的原因很多，对企业来说，能够把握与控制的是企业自己，因此，企业就必须从内部做起，加强资金管理，最大限度地发挥各种资金的功效，加速资金周转，创造更高的利润。
