摘 要：人类总是活在科技和创新的引领之下。随着新型网络技术的产生、云计算的具体运用，企业集团的财务管理也逐渐与网络相结合。这是顺应时代的发展和社会进步要求而必经的道路。网络财务的产生和发展运用得了更多人的重视，京东商城也是成功运用了网络的典型例子，但是在其成功的背后还是发现了很多财务管理上的问题。首先，介绍了电子商务的概念、特点和功能；继而论述了我国电子商务的发展现状以及京东商城的发展形态；之后结合京东商城的组织架构示意图分析了其在管理中存在的问题，从而侧面反应了我国网络财务管理存在的安全隐患；最后提出了健全电子商务下财务管理的一些对策。66968

Abstract：Human beings always live under the leading technology and innovation. With the application of new network technology, cloud computing, financial management of enterprise group is combined with network. This is the development of the times and social progress requirements must pass through the road. The emergence and development of the use of network finance got more attention, JD mall is the successful use of the typical example of the network, but behind its success still found a lot of financial management problems. At first, introducing the concept of e-commerce, characteristics and function; and then describing the present status of China's e-commerce and the development status of JD Mall; after combining of JD Mall structure schematic diagram for analysis of the problems existing in the management of side reaction, reflecting the potential safety problems of China's network in financial management; finally, putting forward some countermeasures of sounding financial management 

under electronic commerce.
