摘  要：财务报表分析，是通过收集、整理企业财务会计报告中的有关数据，并结合其他有关补充信息，对企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量情况进行综合比较和评价，为财务会计报告使用者提供管理决策和控制依据的一项管理工作。对公司进行财务报表分析能够进一步了解公司财务状况并进行相应的评价，因此对其研究具有一定的理论价值。本文以昌鑫矿山有限公司2012和2013年度财务数据为导向，采用比率分析法，趋势分析法，结构分析法，杜邦分析法，对企业总体盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力、总体成长能力进行评价，然后根据相应的评价分析该公司的财务状况，从而完成对昌鑫矿山有限公司的财务报告分析。67443

Abstract：Financial statement analysis is a management work that has a comprehensive comparison and evaluation for financial situation, management results and cash flow of enterprises by collecting and collating relevant data of the financial accounting reports and combining other relevant supplementary information, in order to provide the basis of management decisions and control for the financial accounting report users. The analysis on the financial statements of the company can help further understand the financial situation of the company and make the corresponding evaluation, so the study on it has a certain theoretical value. This paper takes the 2012 and 2013 annual financial data of Changxin Mining Co., Ltd as an example and uses the ratio analysis, trend analysis, structure analysis and DuPont analysis to evaluate the overall profitability, solvency, operating capacity and the overall growth ability of enterprises. And then this paper has an analysis on the financial situation of the company in accordance with the corresponding evaluation in order to finish the financial statement analysis of Changxin Mining Co., Ltd.

1  引言
