摘 要：在市场经济日渐发展的时代背景之下，中小企业得以扩大规模，其自身的经营效 益也有了较为明显的提升。然而，因现金流量管理不够完善而导致的资金链断裂，企业财 务风险加重等制约着中小企业的发展。以现金流量为中心的管理模式，能够反映企业真实 的经营状况，同时克服传统的管理模式的弊端。为了保证中小企业的长期存续、健全发展， 首要就是寻找出我国中小企业在自身的现金流管理的过程中存在的问题，并且针对这些问 题提出相应的改进措施。本文基于现金流量管理的相关理论，通过对于泰尔重工的案例分 析，探讨中小企业在现金流量管理方面存在的问题，并提出了相应的建议。73086

Abstract：Under the background of developing economy, the size of minor enterprises has been expanding and the operating benefit has been significantly improved。 However, capital catenary rupturus and increased financial risk due to the lack of cash flow management have restriced the

development of minor enterprises。 Take the cash fiows as the center can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional management mode that take the profits as the center of financial management, and objectively reflect the operating situation。 In order to make sure the long term survival and sound development of the minor enterprises, the first is to find out the problems in the management of the cash flow and propose the relative improvemen steps。 This paper based on the theoretics of cash flows management ,through the case study of Taier heavy industry to find the problems in cash flows management and propose some strategy。
