摘  要：现如今，在经济全球化和信息化的大背景下，越来越多的企业踏上跨国经营之路，企业集团国际化成为大势所趋。然而，由于各国存在政治环境、法律因素、文化信仰、市场规则的差异，跨国财务管理风险如影随形。本文首先简要介绍跨国公司财务风险的背景，国内外研究现状以及财务风险的内容与特征，然后以海尔为例分析作为早期走出国门的海尔应对跨国财务风险的策略，以便给以后有意进行国际化发展的中国企业提出意见给予启示。本文坚持理论与实际结合，中外结合和历史发展与现状分析及未来趋势相结合的基本导向，以规范研究为主，主要采用理论分析及案例分析两种方法来论证。76740

Abstract: Now, in the context of economic globalization and informatization, more and more companies are on the road to multinational operation。Enterprise groups become a trend of internationalization。 However, due to differences in political, legal, cultural beliefs，market rules and international financial risks go hand in hand。 This paper first briefly introduce the background of financial risks of transnational corporations, as well as the contents and characteristics of financial risk abroad, and analysis Haier’s respond to transnational financial risk strategy, so as to give Chinese companies some comments who are interested in international development 。 Thesis combining theory with practice, Chinese and foreign combined and historical development and present situation and future trend of combining the basic guide to regulate research, theoretical analysis and case study of two main ways to demonstrate。
