摘 要:20世纪以来,中国金属冶炼行业正处于高速发展的阶段,企业之间竞争日趋激烈,我们的生存环境日益恶化。全球对环境问题的重视程度越来越高,环保意识的高涨使得世界各国纷纷建立自己的环境标准。本文主要分析了环境规制对我国金属冶炼行业发展的影响以及环境规制对我国金属冶炼行业竞争力的影响问题进行了实证分析。运用波特的钻石模型就环境规制对钻石模型各竞争要素的影响机制进行了系统的论述,并用分析了环境规制对我国金属冶炼行业的影响。最后,根据结论,就如何进行合理的环境规制、如何减少环境因素对金属冶炼行业的不利影响及冲击、如何提升我国金属冶炼行业基于环境的竞争力等提出了建议。77842

Abstract: In recent years, Chinese metal smelting industry maintained a rapid development, the scale of production and operation of metal smelting industry's rapid expansion, the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, our living environment is deteriorating。 Environmental problems are becoming more and more global attention, rising environmental awareness of the countries in the world have set up their own environmental standards。 This paper mainly analyzes the problems affecting the environment the regulation on the development of metal smelting industry in our country and the impact of environmental regulation on the competitiveness of China's metal smelting industry are analyzed empirically。 The use of Potter's Diamond Model on the impact of environmental regulation on the mechanism of diamond model of the competitive factors were systematically discussed, and analyzed the impact of environmental regulation on the metal smelting industry in China by the environment competitiveness matrix。 Finally, according to the conclusion, on how to carry out environmental regulation is reasonable, how to reduce the adverse impact of environmental factors on the metal smelting industry and impact, how to improve the competitiveness of China's metal smelting industry based on the environment and put forward suggestions。
