摘要:本论文主要论述了由日本著名汽车制造商丰田集团研究开发的JIT(准时制)生产系统供应链管理的定义、特点、基本运行模式及其发展趋势;深入剖析了JIT的理论基础与物质基础,包括其衍生的看板系统、资源管理系统、调配系统等。本文对于国内JIT的应用采用案例进行分析,针对我国国情与相关企业的发展,分别以国内较早引入JIT生产系统的长春第一汽车制造集团(相同行业)与新兴行业--电子商务行业(其他行业)为案例,分析了JIT在我国的运行方法与价值创造。并且,本文还联系JIT理论探讨其运行特点、运行现状、对企业生产能力的提升、对企业成本的影响等基本问题。除此之外,文章还针对现行JIT生产管理系统存在的三大缺陷:人员问题、不确定性、信息传递效率低下展开分析论述,并尝试提出相应的解决措施与建议。79743

Abstract:The thesis mainly discusses the definition, characteristics, fundamental function modes and the development tendency of supply chain management in JIT (Just-In-Time) manufacturing system, which is developed by the renowned Japanese car manufacture—Toyota Group, and analyses deeply the theoretical foundation and material basis of JIT, including the derived kanban system, resource management system, deployment system, etc。 Based on the situation of China and the developing status of relevant enterprises, this thesis takes Changchun First Automobile Group (the same industry), which introduced JIT production system early in our country, emerging industry and e-commerce industry (other industries) as studying cases of JIT application。 The thesis also analyses the operation method and value creation of JIT in China, and discusses the operating characteristics and current situation of JIT theory and several essential issues, like the promotion of enterprises’ survival capability and the influence on business cost。 What’s more, the thesis discusses the three existing defects of JIT production system, including personnel problem, its uncertainty and inefficiency on information transfer, and tries to provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions。
