摘 要：近年来，上市公司实行多元化经营战略已经成为企业持续发展进步的重要战略之一，企业的生存发展离不开创新。随着我国经济的不断发展，企业生产模式越单一，它被市场淘汰的几率相对较大，所以企业需要向多元化方向发展，但是多元化经营战略有一定的限制条件、会产生各种风险，本文旨在分析华润集团经过多元化经营后的财务数据来判断企业经营利润是否增加，然后根据最近财务数据分析公司财务风险状况，并加以控制改善，使得多元化经营的成效得以持续。81403

1  引言

为什么有些企业进行多元化经营战略营取得了成功而有些企业却失败了甚至破产倒闭呢？多元化经营战略对企业来说是把双刃剑，多元化经营可以提高企业的市场竞争能力，扩大生产规模，使企业得到财务杠杆效益，获得节税效益，但与此同时也会带来不利的风险。在经济全球化的背景下，多元化经营是企业发展的一条重要途径。论文网但是，企业在进行多元化战略是一定不能忽视企业是否具有一定的竞争力、是否积累了一定的竞争力、是否具备了一定的资金和剩余资源。只有正确认识多元化经营战略，才能在企业发展中获得成功。本文采用数据统计、实证、SPSS分析等方法对企业的多元化经营与风险分析进行研究。
