摘要:本次试验研究菇渣作为泥炭替代基质进行壳斗科常绿树种弗吉尼亚栎和落叶树种槲栎两种植物的容器育苗基质的应用效果,共设置8种配方进行试验,测定基质的基本理化性质,开展容器育苗实验,测定苗期的生长指标,测定植株NPK含量和基质EC值、pH值在栽培过程的变化。经试验数据分析,结果得出,8个配方中A(V菇渣:V珍珠岩=3:1)和B(V菇渣:V珍珠岩=3:2)两个配方作为槲栎幼苗的生长基质并不是很理想,而八个配方作为弗吉尼亚栎幼苗的生长基质,生长指标都很正常。24743 毕业论文关键词:菇渣;弗吉尼亚栎;槲栎;容器育苗
Experiment on the applyingspent mushroom compostas container media for seedling production of Quercusvirginiana and Quercusaliena
Abstract: Application of container seedling, the test study of mushroom residue as peat alternative matrix of Fagaceae evergreen oak Quercusaliena Virginia and deciduous trees of two kinds of plants, set up a total of 8 kinds of formula for the test, basic physicochemical properties determination of matrix, development of container nursery experiment, growth indexes of seedling, determination of plant NPK content and matrix EC value, pH value in the process of changing cultivation. By analyzing the test data, the results, 8 in the formula A (V mushroom residue: pearlite of V =3:1) and B (V mushroom residue: V perlite =3:2) two recipes as growth substrate oak seedlings is not very ideal, while the eight formula as the growth substrate Virginia oak seedlings, growth index are normal.
