摘要:适度落粒性是水稻生产的重要性状,开展落粒性基因定位对遗传改良水稻落粒性具有重要意义。本研究利用283份测序的水稻自然群体进行落粒性测定并进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS),结果表明:基于700K SNPs 基因型数据的主成分分析发现283份材料主要可分为籼稻和粳稻;落粒表型变异丰富,总群体、籼稻、粳稻群体中落粒拉伸强度(BTS)变幅分别为10.08-228.68、20.03-173.95、10.08-228.68;相关性分析表明落粒性与经度存在显著正相关;GWAS分析共检测到17个与籽粒落粒相关的SNPs位点。本研究定位的落粒性相关位点为今后基因克隆和育种利用提供基础。25547

Genome-wide Association Analysis of Grain Shattering in Rice
Abstract: Moderate grain shattering is an important trait of rice production, and then it is important to carry out the genetic mapping for grain shattering. In this study, the evaluation of grain shattering and the genome-wide association analysis were conducted using 283 rice accessions. Results showed that the 283 accessions can be pided into indica and japonica by principal component analysis with 700K SNPs data. The significant phenotypic variations were observed in the population; The breaking tensile strength (BTS) were 10.08-228.68, 20.03-173.95 and 10.08-228.68 in whole, indica and japonica population, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that the grain shattering significantly and positively correlated with longitude. GWAS analysis detected a total of 17 SNPs loci related to grain shattering. These results provide the basis for gene cloning and rice breeding in the future.
