摘要:辣椒炭疽病是辣椒上的一种常发病害,会对辣椒生产造成极大的经济损失。当前人们防治辣椒炭疽病的主要方法仍然是使用化学杀菌剂,但是长期使用化学杀菌剂将会使病原菌产生抗药性,从而极大的降低化学杀菌剂的防治效果。因此,寻求安全、有效的辣椒炭疽病生物防治方法已经成为目前的研究热点。本研究从淮安不同地区采集红椒、油菜、枸杞并从中分离出内生细菌129株。通过平板对峙试验、干菌丝称重等研究方法,筛选出对辣椒炭疽病具有拮抗作用的内生细菌。试验结果表明从辣椒中分离出来的内生细菌L-2对辣椒炭疽病有明显的抑制作用,平板对峙中出现了明显的抑菌带(8 mm),液体培养条件下受抑制的炭疽菌丝重量明显降低,防效最高达85。79%;显微观察结果显示受抑的炭疽菌丝畸形,有原生质外泄,甚至菌丝死亡。生物学特征观察及革兰氏染色结果表明,内生细菌L-2为革兰氏因阴性菌,菌落乳白色、圆形、不透明、略微凸起。93510

Abstract: Pepper anthracnose, caused by Colletotrichum capsici, has been a common disease on chili peppers, which made great losses to pepper production。 At present, the main measures to control Pepper Anthracnose are still chemical fungicides, while long-term use of chemical fungicides will lead to resistance to pathogenic bacteria, so that the efficacy of chemical fungicides is greatly reduced。 Therefore, the search for a safe and effective biological control method of this disease has become the focus of current research。 Finally 129 strains of endophy-

tic bacteria were obtained from red pepper, oilseed rape and Chinese wolfberry。 In this study, endophytic bacteria antagonistic against Pepper anthracnose were screened by means of plate confrontation test and dry mycelium weighing。 Results show that strain L-2 had obvious inhibition effects on Colletotrichum capsici with an obvious inhibition zone about 8mm, even control effect was up to 85。79% by dry mycelium weighing。 Microscopic observation results showed that controlled mycelium has swelled and protoplasm extravasation, even death。 Biological characteristics and Gram staining showed that the endophytic bacteria L-2 was gram-negative bacteria。 And its colony was rounded, with the slightly bright orange middle area and flat and slightly raised and irregular edge。
