摘要:不结球白菜种质资源非常丰富,不同品种之间形态、色泽各不相同,但都以其适应性广、高产易种、生长周期短、品质柔嫩、营养丰富等特点为人们所喜爱。为比较不同品种不结球白菜叶片中多酚和抗氧化活性的差异以及其之间的相关性,本文选取16个不结球白菜品种,测定其叶片中的总酚和类黄酮含量,同时采用DPPH自由基清除率表示抗氧化活性,结果表明,各品种总酚含量在15.77 ±0.34 mg/gDW ~ 22.86±0.24 mg GAE/gDW范围内;总类黄酮含量在4.12 ±0.03 mg CE/gDW ~16.24±0.10 mg/g DW范围内;DPPH自由基清除率在11.95±2.72 ~76.42±4.72%之间;其中品种070总酚和总类黄酮含量最高, DPPH自由基清除率也最高。相关性分析表明不结球白菜自由基清除能力与总酚含量和总类黄酮含量均呈正相关显著,其中,与总类黄酮含量相关系数为0.629,相关性达极显著水平(P<0.01)。26236 毕业论文关键词:不结球白菜;总酚;类黄酮;抗氧化活性
Correlation studies of polyphenols with antioxidant activity in non-heading Chinese cabbage
Abstract:Non-heading Chinese cabbage germplasm resources are very abundant, morphology, shape is different between different varieties. People love their wide adaptability, high yield and easy,short growth cycle and the characteristics of quality soft,rich nutrition.As the correlation between different polyphenols and antioxidant activity in the leaves of non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties and its difference between, this paper selects 16 non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties, determination of total phenolics and flavonoids contents in the leaves, and the DPPH radical scavenging rate of antioxidant activity, the results show that the total phenol content in 15.77 ± 0.34mg/g DW~22.86 ± 0.24mgGAE/g DW; total flavonoid content in 4.12 ± 0.03mg CE/gDW~16.24 ± 0.10mg/g DW; DPPH free radical scavenging rate of 11.95 ± 2.72~76.42 ± 4.72%; among them 070 varieties with the highest total phenolics and flavonoid content, and also have the highest DPPH free radical scavenging rate. Correlation analysis showed that antioxidant activity was significantly correlated with total phenolic and flavonoids content.
