摘要:本研究主要通过采用ASD FieldSpec HandHeld 2野外便携式光谱仪,测定野外生长下孕穗期的水稻(南粳9108)受褐飞虱为害后的冠层光谱反射率,筛选出不同时间下测定的冠层光谱反射率中对褐飞虱虫量敏感的波段,并以此建立光谱指数,进而建立褐飞虱虫量的监测模型。实验结果表明,在褐飞虱为害一段时间后,水稻的冠层光谱反射率与虫量呈显著相关,其中在接虫20天左右相关性最高,同时我们选用光谱指数DVI-1、MOSR与虫量分别进行回归建模,结果表明水稻冠层光谱反射率与褐飞虱虫量存在线性相关,光谱监测方法是可以用于田间褐飞虱为害的监测。29469 毕业论文关键词:褐飞虱;光谱指数;反射率
Population dynamics of brown planthopper and the spectral characteristics of damaged rice
Abstract: In this study, the spectral reflectance of the canopy spectrum of rice damaged by brown planthoppers was determined using the ASD FieldSpec HandHeld 2 outdoor portable spectrometer during the booting stage of Japonica rice 9108. The spectral reflectance which was sensitive to damage of brown planthoppers was selected, and spectral indices were build to use for establishment of prediction model for predicting the number of pests. The results showed that the spectral reflectance has a significant correlation with the population size of brown planthopper after a period of time from planthoppers release, and the correlation was the best in the period of 20 days after pest release when the rice entered the booting stage. At the same time, the linear regression model based on the spectral indices DVI-1 and MOSR were set up. The results showed that the number of brown planthopper was linearly correlated with the spectral reflectance of rice. The spectral monitoring method was suitable for the monitoring rice brown planthopper.
