摘要  选择合适的屋顶绿化植物对屋顶绿化的效果与应用有着重要的现实意义。而高温在众多影响植物生长的因素中扮演了举足轻重的角色,因此良好的耐热性是优良的屋顶绿化植物必备条件之一。本实验选择中国地区常用的七种屋顶绿化植物为实验材料,分别是绿叶佛甲草、圆叶佛甲草、三七景天、垂盆草、金叶佛甲草、逆弁庆草、青锁龙,测量了其叶片含水量与其在高温胁迫下的相对含水量,细胞膜透性,可溶性蛋白含量,通过各项生理指标数据的分析对其耐热性进行研究。结果表明所有参与实验的植物其生理生化指标都随着温度的改变而改变且不同植物之间差异明显,在叶片水分的相关实验方面,结果大致分为三个层次,绿叶佛甲草表现最好,三七景天、圆叶景天、垂盆草、青锁龙次之,逆弁庆草、金叶佛甲草最差。在细胞膜透性方面,大小顺序为青锁龙>逆弁庆草>金叶佛甲草>圆叶景天>绿叶佛甲草>垂盆草>三七景天。在可溶性蛋白含量方面,表现为青锁龙>三七景天>逆弁庆草>金叶佛甲草>圆叶景天>绿叶佛甲草>垂盆草。36082

Study on Heat Resistance of Different Species of the Genus Sedum
Abstract  Choosing the appropriate roof greening plants has important practical significance for the effect and application of roof greening.The high temperature plays an important role in many factors that affect the growth of plants, so good heat resistance is one of the essential conditions for the roof greening plants growing.In order to expore the heat resistance of roof greening plants and study the adaptability of the plant to high  temperature environments,Sedum lineare’lvye’, Sedum lineare’yuanye’, Sedum sieboldii, Sedum spetabiles, Sedums armentosum Bunge, Sedum lineare ‘jinye’, Sedum reflexum, Sedum crassula.suitable for roof greening were as the test materials in the experiment.The relative water content ,Cell membrane and The content of soluble protein of above plants were tested at different heat treatment conditions.The results showed that:All the physiological and biochemical parameters of the plants participating in the experiment changed with the temperature and the differences were obvious,The results of leaf moisture,were roughly pided into three levels ,Sedum lineare ‘lvye’ showed best,  Sedum sieboldii, Sedum lineare ‘yuanye’, Sedum spetabiles, Sedum crassula were worse, Sedum reflexum and Sedum lineare ‘jinye’ showed worst.The rank of cell membrance is Sedum crassula, Sedum reflexum, Sedum lineare ‘jinye’, Sedum lineare ‘yuanye’, Sedum lineare ‘lvye’, Sedum spetabiles ,Sedum sieboldii. The rank of the content of soluble protein of above plants is Sedum crassula, Sedum sieboldii, Sedum reflexum, Sedum lineare ‘jinye’ ,Sedum lineare ‘yuanye’, Sedum lineare ‘lvye’ ,Sedum spetabiles.
