摘 要:采用响应面分析法优化虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取条件,在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计的原理研究提取温度、乙醇浓度和料液比3个因素对白藜芦醇提取量的影响[1]。结果表明,白藜芦醇的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度69.78 %,料液比1:19.76,超声提取时间50min,超声提取温度47.15℃,此时白藜芦醇的得率7.517%。40444 毕业论文关键词:虎杖;白藜芦醇;超声提取;响应设计
Study on Extraction Processing of Resveratrol
Abstract:Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum. On the basis of single factor experiments, the influence of extracting temperature, the concentration of ethanol and the proportion of extracting solvents on the extraction yield of resveratrol were investigated based on Box-Behnken central composite design. The topgallant extraction conditions were listed below: the concentration of ethanol was 69.78%, proportion of extracting solvents was 1:19.76, extracting time was 50min, and extracting temperature was 47.15℃. The yield of resveratrol was 7.517%.
