摘要:应用响应面法(RSM)对微波提取七叶一枝花总黄酮的提取工艺条件进行优化。以单因素实验作为基础,选取微波加热时间、料液比、乙醇浓度为三个主要影响因素,进行Box-Behnken 中心组合试验设计,优化七叶一枝花黄酮的提取工艺条件。结果表明,微波辅助提取七叶一枝花总黄酮的最优条件为:乙醇34.53%、微波功率156.87W、料液比1:15,总黄酮得率预测值为4.012mg/g。在此条件下进行验证试验,得七叶一枝花总黄酮3.901(mg/g),与预测值的相对误差为2.77%,说明该优化方案具有一定的可行性。40446 毕业论文关键词:七叶一枝花;总黄酮;微波提取;响应面法
The Research of Extraction Technology of Flavones from Paris Polyphylla Sm
Abstract: Application of response surface method (RSM) Paris Polyphylla Sm. extract of total flavonoids of microwave extraction process conditions was optimized. By single factor experiment as the foundation, the selection of microwave heating time, solid-liquid ratio, alcohol concentration for three main influencing factors. Box - Behnken central composite design was used to optimize the extraction process of Paris Polyphylla Sm flavonoids. According to the available experimental data analysis, microwave assisted extraction of total flavonoids of Paris Polyphylla Sm , the optimal conditions for: 34.53% ethanol concentration, microwave power of 1576.87w, and solid-liquid ratio 1:15, flavonoids yield forecast of 4.012 mg/g. Under the three validation tests the optimal conditions, the average yield of total flavonoids of Paris Polyphylla Sm was 3.901 (mg/g), and the relative error was 2.77% of the predicted values, showed that the optimized scheme was feasible in practical production.
