摘要:本文通过测量秋季进程中校园香樟的叶绿素荧光参数,来分析其在秋季进程中的生理变化与环境因子的关系。研究发现:在同一天内,阳面香樟叶的叶绿素荧光参数会比阴面更易受到强光的抑制;在秋季进程中,随着气温变化,香樟的光合效率明显降低;在特定的时间段内,阴面的香樟对环境适应性更强,光合效率更高。通过荧光参数分析来研究香樟在徐州地区越冬的生理变化,从而为徐州地区的香樟引种提供依据。39137 毕业论文关键词:香樟,叶绿素荧光参数,光照,抑制
Research on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Cinnamomum camphora duiring the process of autumn
Abstract: By measuring the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Cinnamomum camphora, to analyze the relationship between physiological and environmental factors during the process of autumn. Studies have shoun that: on the same day, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the front view Cinnamomum camphora is easier inhibited than it in the shaded; in the course of autumn as the temperature changes, the photosynthesis efficiency of Cinnamomum camphora will drop effectively; over a specific time period, Cinnamomum camphora in the shade side are more adaptability to the environment, and more efficient. Studied by fluorescence analysis of Cinnamomum camphora in the physiological changes in wintering in Xuzhou area, so as to provide a basis for introduction of camphor in Xuzhou.
