摘要:金鱼(Carassius auratus auratus)具有很高的观赏价值和经济价值,排氨率是衡量其代谢水平的重要指标之一。本研究采用交叉试验设计考察了不同温度,不同体重对金鱼的排氨率的影响。本研究中温度设置在18℃,22℃,26℃,体重设置分别为0.88g,7.85g,14.45g。结果表明,温度对排氨率影响显著(P<0.05),当温度处于18℃到22℃之间,随着温度的升高,金鱼的排氨率逐渐减少,当温度处于22℃到26℃之间,随着温度的升高,金鱼的排氨率变化不大,趋于平稳;体重对排氨率影响显著(P<0.05),金鱼的体重在0.88g和7.85g之间,随着体重规格的增加,金鱼的排氨率逐渐减少,金鱼的体重在7.85g和14.45g之间,随着体重规格的增加,金鱼的排氨率变化不大,趋于平稳;温度和体重规格两因素互作不显著(P>0.05)。建立了排氨率与两个因子间的回归方程,拟合度达到98.3%,表明方程的拟合度很高。本研究结果对金鱼的养殖有一定指导意义。68081

Abstract: Goldfish (Carassius auratus auratus ) has high ornamental value and economic value,  the ammonia excretion rate is an important indicator to measure the level of its  metabolism. This study investigated the effects of different combinations of temperature and body weight on the ammonia excretion of golden fish using crossover experimental design. At 18 degrees, 22 degrees, 26 degrees Celsius temperature set in this study, the weight settings are 0.88g, 7.85g, 14.45g. The results show that, the influence of temperature on the ammonia excretion rate significantly (P<0.05), when the temperature is 18 DEG to 22 DEG, with the increase of temperature, the goldfish ammonia excretion rate decreases, when the temperature is 22 DEG C to 26 C, with the increase of temperature,ammonia excretion rate changes little, goldfish tends to be stable; influence the weight of the ammonia excretion rate significantly (P<0.05), goldfish weight between 0.88g and 7.85g, with the increase of weight specifications, goldfish ammonia excretion rate gradually decreased, the goldfish weight in between 7.85g and 14.45g, with the increase of weight specifications,goldfish ammonia excretion rate change is not big, stable temperature and weight specifications; the two factor interaction was not significant (P>0.05). The regression equation was established and the ammonia excretion rate of two factors, the fitting degree reached 98.3%, showed a high degree of fitting equation. The results of this study on goldfish breeding has certain guiding significance.
