摘 要:目的:本实验研究8%、15%浓度的酒精对小鼠记忆的影响。方法:将30只小白鼠分为三组,一组为对照组,饲养期间每天喂食蒸馏水,另外两组为实验组,一组每天喂食8%的酒精,一组每天喂食15%的酒精,饲养5w后,对三组小鼠分别进行水迷宫测试,记录其找到平台的时间。结果:与对照组相比,实验组小鼠的学习、记忆能力均表现出下降的趋势(p<0。05 或p<0。01),15%浓度的小鼠记忆损伤比8%严重。结论:酒精对小鼠的记忆有明显的损害作用,导致学习记忆能力下降。78696

Abstract:Objective: the effects of 8% and 15% concentration of alcohol on the memory of mice were studied in this experiment。 Methods: 30 mice were randomly pided into three groups, a group among them was fed daily with distilled water daily as control, and the other two groups were treated as the experimental group by the means of feeding them 8% alcohol and 15% alcohol separately, three groups of mice were conducted with water maze test, also the time which the mice found the platform was recorded。 Results: compared with the control group, the the mice’s ability of learning and memory in the experimental group showed a trend of decrease (P < 0。05 or P < 0。01), and the 15% concentration of the memory impairment was more serious than 8%。 Conclusion: alcohol had significant effects on the memory of mice, leading to the decline of the ability of learning and memory。

1 前言
酒精中毒已经发展成全球普遍的常见病症,酒精依赖、酒精滥用已是世界各国较为常见的社会问题。酒精滥用与高犯罪、高离婚率、高交通事故率有明显相关。据有关报导[1],全球职业人口中大约有11%的人酗酒,给社会和家庭造成了非常大的经济损失;同时,对人类的健康也造成巨大威胁,尤其是在欧洲,其发病率仅次于心脑血管疾病和肿瘤;我国随着经济发展水平的不断提高,酒精中毒也逐渐增多,现在临床上对酒精中毒引起的神经系统损害现象日益增长。
