摘要:本课题的内容是制备靶向阿胶,进而对其靶向性进行研究。通过化学沉淀法合成磁性Fe3O4粒子,利用壳聚糖、叶酸对其修饰,最终通过溶胶—凝胶法制得壳聚糖-叶酸纳米磁性粒子和纳米SiO2粒子。通过单因素变量如温度、配比、反应时间进行实验,从而确定最佳的反应条件。阿胶本身就是一种中药,具有止血、抑制肿瘤细胞的作用。阿胶与纳米磁性粒子的结合,使阿胶具有靶向性,这也是首次使中药具有靶向性,具有创新性。靶向阿胶的使用可以降低药物对病人的毒副作用,并可以使用较低的药物和有效地抑制肿瘤细胞,未来可以用于临床医学。43149

The targeting gelatin produced and study on targeting
