摘要小扁豆,如今主要产于山西、陕西、甘肃、河北、河南、云南等省,种植历史比较久远。有关研究表明,总黄酮类化合物是人体必需的一种营养素,具有清除氧自由基,治疗心血管疾病,抗炎,抗病毒和抗癌的特性抗。本文以小扁豆为原料,采用乙醇回流法提取小扁豆中的总黄酮,运用正交实验优化提取条件,并对小扁豆中的总黄酮进行了抗氧化活性研究。实验结果如下:
采用乙醇回流提取法对小扁豆中的总黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行单因素试验,通过正交法得到的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度 70%,料液比 1:20,回流时间 2。5 h,提取温度 80℃。
探究小扁豆中总黄酮清除自由基的能力---实验结果表明小扁豆中总黄酮能够很好的清除 DPPH 自由基、羟基自由基。通过还原力实验,发现小扁豆总黄酮的还原力较好,说明小扁豆总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性能力。76269
Abstract Lentils has a long history of planting, now mainly produced in Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Hebei, Henan, Yunnan and other provinces。 The study showed that flavonoids is an essential nutrient, with scavenging oxygen free radicals, the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-cancer properties。 by using ethanol reflux extraction of flavonoids in the lentils, extraction process was optimized by using an orthogonal experiment, liquid chromatography mass spectrometry identification Lentils flavonoids, and research on antioxidant activity of total flavonoids of Lentils, the experimental results are as follows:
Using ethanol refluxing extraction to the extraction technology of flavonoids in lentils single factor experiment, through the orthogonal method to get the best technological conditions as follows: 70% ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio 1:20, reflux time 2。5 hours,extraction temperature 80 ℃。
To investigate the in scavenging free radicals of lentils flavonoids ability ---the experimental results show that lentils flavonoids on DPPH free radical, hydroxyl free radical, has good scavenging effect。 By restoring force experiment, that lentils flavonoids have good antioxidant activity ability。 Explain lentils flavonoids has good antioxidant activity。
